Wonderful company. Called to get an estimate and Chris came out assist me with my needs. He was wonderful, he never tried to talk me into something I didn’t want. He showed me what tiles, textures and other misc items . After deciding on the design he wrote me an estimate to show m husband that night. It was more than an estimate it was a step b step of the whole constructions job. We agreed on a very reasonable price and order the supplies. When the day came to iinstal my new walk in tub Chris showed up on time as promised with 3 other employees. The shower was in installed efficiently, neatly and in one day. Chris kept checking by to make sure everything was ok. At the end of the day the beautiful shower was installed and the tacky step in tub was gone. They cleaned up not only the bathroom but the hallway also. All I can say is don’t waste your time or money on one of the big name company’s. They overcharge and waste your time. Call Chris and tell him to give you the works. It will be more than worth it. Best company I have dealt with in a very long time. I just wish all companies operate like Blue Ridge. They have pride in work, integrity and the greatess people skills ever. Oh yea, they do AAAAA work!!!!!!!!!!!!

My father recently was diagnosed with stage four lung cancer and just as recently lost a lot of his mobility so we had to get him a shower he could use quick. Tyler was able to see me early for an appointment to get a quote for a shower remodel and explained everything perfectly. They were able to rush the order and were very understanding when I had to cancel the project with only two days to go until installation. This day and age it is hard to find companies that have this much integrity and honor. I will definitely be going back to them whenever I need something done in my house again. I wish I could have completed the project because without doubt I know it would have turned out perfect.
